Paul Ryan (R Wisconsin) said goodbye to Congress today. He touted his accomplishments. There weren't many other than his tenure as the weakest and most ineffectual Speaker of the House in modern history. Ryan was an acolyte of Ayn Rand and an enemy of taxes on the wealthy. He attacked Social Security and for years attempted to "reform" that program.
